Throughout the entire program you will perform unique and specific exercises specifically to keep that core strong and to prevent a large abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti) and a weak Pelvic Floor. These workouts will also prepare you for a smoother delivery and faster recovery postpartum.

Why This Program Was Created…
Early on in my career to become a Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Exercise Specialist, I quickly became frustrated that many programs out there didn’t consider the physical and mental changes that a woman is going through to bring a baby into this world. A woman is performing the most incredible and the most difficult task of carrying and delivering a beautiful baby, so of course their body needs to be trained entirely different than before pregnancy!
After becoming pregnant with my first daughter I began extensive research to see what programs were available for pregnant women. I was so disappointed in the lack of information provided for us in our prenatal/postnatal stage of life. I couldn’t find a program that provided safe workouts and exercises that were specifically designed to prepare the body for every stage of pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. I knew it was time to create the program that all pregnant women had been waiting for and deserved… The Fit Pregnancy Guide!
Now, fast forward to when I was 7 months postpartum… I had experienced a very healthy pregnancy using The Fit Pregnancy Guide and I now wanted to put my knowledge to the ultimate test…I wanted to see how FAST I could transform my post baby body! I entered a competition where I dropped over 20 lbs and 15% body fat in 12 weeks!
I was extactic that my knowledge and hard work had allowed me to get my dream body and landed me a job with Bodybuilding.com as a Female Content Writer and Brand Ambassador! However, one thing was missing…I wasn’t mentally happy.
The strict and extreme weight loss from the competition made me develop a terrible relationship with food and completely got rid of my period. I found myself doing an EXTRA cardio session at night from the guilt of eating 1 stinking Oreo! Immediately after the competition I went from working out 6+ times a week and eating mostly chicken and broccoli to working out twice a week and eating mostly sugar! I’m sure you can imagine what this did to my body.
Although I did get drastic results FAST, I didn’t want ANYONE to have to go through what I did to get their body to look and feel a certain way. It certainly wasn’t a realistic way for anyone, especially a mom, to do so. I realized that to maintain your dream body, you have to also establish a healthy mind along the way! I knew so many women were in the same boat as I was struggling with the constant yo yo-ing.
I decided to put my weight loss strategies into a unique concept that allowed women to see results but could maintain those results for life! That concept became The FIT Mom Guide!
My goal is to help each of you find balance with exercise and nutrition to live a HEALTHY and HAPPY lifestyle during every stage of your life, including pregnancy!!
