“I’m a 50 yr old mom of 6. My youngest is 14 and this program worked for me too, even though I am not planning to get pregnant, have a baby or breastfeed again! This program was perfect! I did the program hoping to shed a few pounds but it helped in so many other areas of my life. “This program was very beneficial for my overall confidence as a first time mom. It helped me fit into my clothes and move around with the new baby so quickly postpartum. With the workouts being fast, it was great with a new baby! My little guy doesn’t nap for very long and I could get this workout done easily while he slept. ” I think the workouts are perfect. They are fit for any level of fitness and are realistic to accomplish! They are always different which keeps them fun and something to look forward to each day! It also helps so much to not plateau, I started this program feeling sore after the first without and ended the program feeling sore on my last workout all because the program allowed me to push myself more and more. The nutrition side of it was awesome as well! The main thing that taught me was portion control. It also gave me new ideas which helped me branch out and try a bunch new recipes which are now some of my new favorites. “I’ve gained muscles in areas i have never had muscles before! My core has never felt stronger. The ab exercises at the beginning were crucial to my core strength i felt so strong just after that first 2 weeks! My legs also have definition which has never happened before so that’s pretty awesome!! Overall the program literally rocks!!!! It is so easy to follow, time efficient, and fun!! The nutrition plan was layed out in such a way where you had options. You don’t have to eat the same thing everyday or every meal. You are allowed treats if you want them. I learned portion control and how to make lots of healthy treats as alternatives haha. I loved the workouts. I’ve never been a workout at home kinda girl , but with 2 busy kids the gym just wasn’t an option. I loved the workouts at home how fast and effective and easy they were to follow.
